Seeking public’s assistance in single-vehicle collision involving a pedestrian

The North Bay Police Service is currently investigating a single-vehicle collision involving a pedestrian that was reported to police today.

On Wednesday, June 7th, at approximately 12:10 p.m., a male pedestrian was struck by a blue pickup truck while he was crossing Laurentian at Trout Lake Road at the pedestrian crosswalk. The pedestrian sustained minor injuries as a result. The male driver immediately stopped his vehicle to speak to the pedestrian to ensure he was okay. He then drove the pedestrian home.

Constable Fay is investigating and is looking to identify the male driver who is described as having grey hair and in his late 40s to mid-50s.
