Seeking public’s assistance in fail to remain collision

The North Bay Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in a fail to remain collision that occurred on February 14th, 2017, at 5:11 p.m.

The complainant reports travelling eastbound on Seymour Street when the flow of traffic came to a stop and the complainant was rear ended. The offending vehicle pulled into a business parking lot near the intersection of Seymour Street and Wallace Road. The complainant also pulled in and, anticipating an exchange of information with the driver, exited his vehicle. The offending vehicle then attempted to leave without providing his information to the complainant. The complainant stood in front of the vehicle and was subsequently pushed into his vehicle causing him to fall to the ground. The offending vehicle then left the scene.

The vehicle is described as a small blue SUV, perhaps a hatchback. The male driver had a short brown haired buzz cut and his female passenger is described as having blond frizzy hair.
