Man accused of assault causing bodily harm
Yesterday afternoon, a complainant contacted police to report that he had almost been hit by a vehicle while crossing the street on his longboard at Main Street East at Fisher Street and that he had been assaulted by the male driver who had exited his vehicle and engaged in an altercation with him.
Following an investigation, North Bay Police arrested and charged the complainant:
Michael David Clark, age 23, of North Bay with:
- one count of assault causing bodily harm.
It is alleged that at 1:10 p.m. on Tuesday April 19th, 2016 at Main Street East at Fisher Street, following an altercation between the accused and the male driver, the accused struck the driver with his longboard. The driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries as a result.
The accused was released from custody with a court date scheduled for May 31st, 2016.
