North Bay men face charges of robbery and assault with a weapon
On the morning of October 10th 2014, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., outside a residence on Cassells Street, two men assaulted a male victim known to them, by punching him and hitting him with a heavy object. They then robbed him of the contents of his back pack. The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries as a result of the incident.
Following an investigation on Saturday, North Bay Police arrested and charged Christopher Dumoulin, age 35, of North Bay, with one count of assault with a weapon and one count of robbery with violence.
On Tuesday October 14th at approximately 8:44 a.m., North Bay Police arrested and charged Joshua Thibert, age 29, of North Bay with one count of assault with a weapon and one count of robbery with violence.
Both men were released with a court date scheduled for November 18th, 2014.
